Motivating, Educating and Achieving for 135 Years

The conference is a dynamic gathering designed to advance the center’s mission by bringing together educators, administrators, and stakeholders to share and explore best practices aligned with its four core objectives. Participants will engage in meaningful discussions and collaborative sessions focused on expanding experiential learning opportunities that offer students practical, hands-on experiences. A central theme of the event is enhancing student support systems by improving recruitment, retention, mentorship, and graduation rates within the 1890 Land-Grant Universities (LGU).

In addition, the conference emphasizes strengthening workforce development by building clearer, more effective pathways from postsecondary education to graduate studies and professional careers. Attendees will also examine innovative strategies for integrating emerging technologies into academic curricula, ensuring students are prepared to thrive in an ever-evolving educational and professional landscape. This event provides a vital forum for cultivating ideas, fostering partnerships, and driving systemic improvements across the 1890 LGU community.
