Misty Blue-Terry serves as the 4-H Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) specialist at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Her commitment is to expand the STEM workforce pipeline by providing educational STEM programs in both urban and rural communities that are underserved. Dr. Terry’s overall goals are to help broaden the reach of 4-H and STEM in underrepresented communities and to target girls for science programs.

Dr. Terry earned her B.S, M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in industrial engineering and human factors engineering from North Carolina A&T State University.
